**Overview:**

This position will be responsible for providing an advanced level of support to the Commercial Segment support team, working across several simultaneous projects/programs by strategic and analytical support and guidance, as well as presenting recommendations for strategic action across the Commercial Bank. Represent department in cross functional, high visibility projects involving business partners outside of the department. Responsible for streamlining ongoing activities.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Continually implement Commercial Bank Segment Support Strategy, helping to align department roles and responsibilities and to drive adoption across organization.
