This is a newly created role and represents a key strategic hire within the organization.

The Role: The firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Appraiser with full independent signing authority to support commercial valuation mandates across Canada.

This position is commercial-focused only and requires someone who can operate fully independently from day one, without the need for supervision or co-signing.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently prepare, sign, and deliver commercial real estate appraisal reports

Value a range of commercial asset types including office, industrial, multi-residential, land, mixed-use, and special-purpose properties
