About our client:

Our client is a high-end boutique firm located in East Sydney, operating at the top end of the real estate transaction market. Acting (almost exclusively) for institutional landlords, including listed property funds, other managed funds and developers, the firm specialises in retail leasing, development projects, due diligence, commercial sales and acquisitions. Whilst the firm is small, they deal daily with major national law firms and in-house legal teams of national blue chip public companies. The culture of the firm is progressive and collegial.
