About the Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Commercial to lead & grow our own brands; By BEAUTY BAY and Samplr Beauty.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short, medium, and long-term commercial strategy for BEAUTY BAY’s own brands.
• Own top and bottom-line growth as well as key commercial KPI’s such as Revenue, Cash Margin, AOV and Net Contribution.
• Track sales performance & identifying opportunities to grow & increase market share in the UK and other territories.
• Drive customer engagement & retention by ensuring Commercial plans align with Brand campaigns, product launches, and other promotional activity.
