**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a **Senior Commercial Banking Portfolio Manager** to support credit execution by ensuring the proper application of credit policies and procedures through effective review of the credit portfolio. This role acts as a **first‑line execution and assurance enabler** , allowing CB to meet its objectives **consistently** .

**In this role, you will:**

+ Perform **periodic reviews of credit reports** prepared by credit underwriting team.
+ Review and validate the accuracy in **financial analysis** for commercial loans including, but not limited to: financial covenants, yield, industry and revenue analysis, and financing structure and terms.
+ Accurately **identify deviations to credit policy & procedure** by reviewing the credit documents.
