ABOUT THE ROLE
The roasting program plays a crucial role in the delivery of our vision: for our brands to sit at every bench top where exceptional coffee is helping to raise the bar.
They're responsible for producing a consistent and exceptional standard of coffee for our customers and partners, building trust in our brand and maximising customer retention.
This role will be focussed on the daily preparation and roasting of our key blends and singles.
Key responsibilities include
Leading and developing the roasting program
Work with the NZ Operations Manager, NZ Production Manager, Head of Coffee and other stakeholders to ensure we have sufficient green coffee on site to fulfil production schedules.
Prepare green coffee for roasting using the set blend recipes.
