**Required Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor's Degree - PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy or,

+ PharmD - PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy.

+ Coursework/Training - Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency or equivalent educ/experience.

+ California Pharmacist Registered upon hire.
