The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) seeks an experienced civil engineer to oversee major land reclamation and port development projects at Tuas Port. You will lead project planning, manage budgets, draft specifications, and supervise construction management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in project management, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of the Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract. Registration with the Professional Engineers Board Singapore is advantageous.
