3 - 5 years' proven experience working solely in IT Change Management under IT industry; preferably BPO/Contact Center IT or IT Vendor (IT Systems Integration / infrastructure services /data center services)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess change impacts and develop appropriate strategies. (SNOW Analytics preferably with Agentic AI background)
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and practices.
Familiarity with change management tools and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
