Job Title: Senior Capture Manager – Federal Market

Location: Initially Remote but moving forward will be hybrid in Reston, VA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $189,675 – $237,000 annually

 

About the Role

Our Client is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to lead strategic federal and defense pursuits from qualification through award. This role is responsible for driving win strategies, competitive positioning, and proposal readiness to increase the probability of award and support business growth.

You will collaborate closely with business development, delivery teams, technical SMEs, and executive leadership to shape opportunities and develop compelling capture strategies in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
