At Isaac Operations, our Campus Program is one of the most important ways we identify and develop future talent. We’re looking for a Sr Campus Attraction Coordinator to help us grow and evolve how we connect with students across Canada and the US.

This role is focused on building awareness, driving engagement, and generating a strong pipeline of high‑potential candidates through creative, data‑informed campus attraction strategies. You’ll help bring our employer brand to life across digital channels and in‑person experiences, while partnering closely with universities, student groups, and internal stakeholders to execute an exceptional campus recruitment strategy.
