About the job Senior Business and Process Analysts

Key purpose:

You'll be part of a small team that works with our clients to design, develop and implement new business processes. You will manage the business process management lifecycle from start-up through implementation to production phase. You'll use your understanding of how people interact with systems in order to help identify gaps in current processes and suggest improvements that can improve client satisfaction levels, reduce costs or both. Your work will involve working closely with multiple stakeholders including product development teams, sales departments, finance and operations managers as well as project managers for each major system you're involved in.
