A. KPI Performance Support - Support Operations teams in interpreting KPI logic, definitions, and performance drivers.
- Monitor KPI trends, identify performance shortfalls, and support root cause analysis.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions and improvement plans.
- Provide insights and recommendations that help operations sustain KPI performance.
B. Digital Solution Development & Technology Enablement - Identify opportunities to digitalize or automate operational processes.
- Design, develop, and prototype digital solutions using low-code tools, automation platforms, or programming languages.
