FUNCTION & SCOPE:

Reporting to the Manager of HCM & Financials Business Services, the Senior Business Analyst will interface and act as the liaison to the RF Information Technology Services Department and the associated functional units within RFCO Departments and Campuses. The individual in this position will be responsible for business alignment and service delivery as it relates to various Human Resources functions including Benefits and Retirement.
