Job Expectations:

• Employment Type: Full-Time; Permanent (Direct Hire)
• Budget: Php 150,000 - Php 170,000
• Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays, day shift
• Division: Transformation & Project Management
• Hiring Process: Paper Screening/Initial Interview- Final Interview

13th month pay + 0.5 guaranteedannual bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as a non-IT/technical Business Analyst, with 2 years in the banking industry.
• Proven background in owning end-to-end process of BRD (Business Requirement Documents); from Initiation/Planning to Execution/Implementation, and Closure, if applicable.
