• Requirements Gathering:
• Communicate with business stakeholders to understand needs. Compile and record specific business requirements with weekly progress reporting.
• Gather and examine information from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights guiding workflows and associated potential enhancements.
• Develop and communicate business requirements and functional specifications. Execution can commence following acceptance of requirements.

• Process Enhancement and Modelling:
