We're hiring a (Senior) Business AI Engineer to own the tools-first end of delivery: agentic workflows built on existing platforms rather than bespoke services from scratch — agents that take real work off people's plates, such as sales automation, customer service, or back-office work, built on the tools a company already uses.

This is work we eat ourselves. Valimo runs its own sales and operations on agentic workflows — contact research, enrichment, outreach, CRM, proposal drafting — to the point that we operate without a traditional CRM. You'd build that class of solution for clients.
