An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Buildings Technician to join a busy facility and building services team supporting a specialist technical environment.

This is a varied, hands‑on role combining facilities maintenance, building services, technical support, contractor coordination, and project work. You'll play a key role in ensuring buildings, equipment, and essential services are maintained safely and efficiently while supporting the day‑to‑day operation of the site.
