A seasoned Marketer who has had substantial end-to-end experience in New Product Development (NPD), from ideation to launch.
FMCG (food and beverages) experience is a must.
Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal English, is a must.

JOB OBJECTIVE:
The Senior Brand Manager for Innovation is responsible for ideating, developing and validating new products for the Philippine market in the assigned category/segment.
To build a pipeline based on consumer insights in line with the Equity/Brand growth strategy.
To assist Category manager in managing the growth and profitability of the brand / brands assigned to him / her in accordance with the company’s strategic thrust and objectives.
