This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for helping others, great attention to detail, and an interest in growing their career within the Total Rewards space.

As a trusted member of the People Operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of benefits programs as well as exciting initiatives to support employees. You will be a main point of contact for employee benefits, compliance, and programs in NAM (Canada, Colombia, and US).
