Job Description
Lead end‑to‑end lateral and leadership hiring for business‑critical functions, ensuring high‑quality talent acquisition across the organisation.
Build and manage strong candidate pipelines
Partner directly with business leaders and the Head HR to understand workforce needs, define hiring strategies and deliver high‑impact talent decisions.
Drive the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, assessments, stakeholder alignment, offer management and onboarding
Provide market intelligence on competitor talent, compensation benchmarks and hiring trends to support strategic workforce planning.
