Develop and implement talent strategies, frameworks and solutions to support business needs and drive optimal talent outcomes
Work closely with business leaders and key stakeholders across the region to drive key initiatives around workforce planning, organisational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, etc.
Manage strategic programmes aimed at driving business value across the region
Conduct research and analyse data to generate insights, evaluate initiatives and develop solutions to support organisation-wide initiatives
Coordinate best practices and implement effective programmes across multiple countries
Requirement
Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline
At least 4 years of relevant HR or management consulting experience, with exposure across multiple domains: workforce planning, talent management, organisational development, performance management, c...
