Senior Associate, Process Manager, Hardware Strategy (Hybrid)

As a Senior Associate, Process Manager, you will be the primary support lead for the Manager of Hardware Strategy. You will drive the operational execution of our physical customer touchpoints, ensuring that the fleet is modern, functional, and aligned with user needs. This role is designed for a highly disciplined professional who will assist in managing the entire hardware lifecycle—from procurement support to the execution of large-scale deployment projects.

General Responsibilities

Strategic Support: Assist the Manager in identifying and recommending long-term strategies for ATM and non-ATM Branch Hardware through rigorous data analysis.

Fleet Health Maintenance: Support the building and maintenance of models used to predict hardware lifecycles and future technology needs across the branch network.
