Role Responsibilities

• Deal Execution
  • Actively lead execution deal teams, managing communication across internal stakeholders (senior and junior bankers, M&A and GMS advisory teams) and external parties (clients (CEO/CFO/Board members/PE partners, etc.), lenders, lawyers, advisors), formulating client advice, and overseeing the required supporting analysis.
  • Provide structuring and tactical advice, evaluating a range of private and public debt solutions, and assessing their merits and considerations in the context of transaction dynamics. Includes bank debt, broadly syndicated TLBs, high‑yield bonds, unitranche, HoldCo PIK and preferred equity.
  • Oversee the production of key transaction documentation.
  • Support and lead the negotiation of legal documentation and commercial terms, both alongside and on behalf of clients – engaging directly with the MDs or Ds at lenders leading the transaction, and co‑ordinating with legal counsel....
