            Job Description

Daily maintenance of the assets in the CLO collateral portfolio
Review and test new CLO structures ensuring all requirements from documentation are captured.
Provide accurate and timely compliance reports and detailed Interest Payment Date reports to CLO stakeholders.
Position and cash reconciliation on an as needed basis.
Ensure procedures are followed and controls maintained in compliance with company policy.
Deliver timely and accurate professional service to improve the client experience.
Participate in projects to enhance the overall service offering as they arise.
Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure timely delivery of services and reports

Qualifications

University or College business degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance
Demonstrable experience in Syndicated, Private debt or CLO
