An opportunity has arisen for a Regulatory Attorney at Associate / Senior Associate / Salary Director level to join our Banking and Finance Regulatory Department in Team Itzikowitz in Cape Town.

THE WORK

The successful candidate will be exposed to a wide variety of financial services regulatory work, including advising banks, insurers, fintechs and capital markets participants on licensing, conduct, prudential and market integrity matters.

If appointed, the candidate will develop exceptional technical skills in specialised areas of financial sector regulation, with a strong focus on crypto assets, payments, open finance and open baning, BaaS and the Conduct of Financial Institutions (COFI) framework.
