            Job Scope  Work closely with business partners and stakeholders to perform cost calculation and pricing determination on clinical services. 
Perform National Costing Exercise in accordance with the National Costing Guidelines. 
Perform annual cost refresh updates on clinical services. 
Formulate fee revision proposal to help ensure hospital financial sustainability, while taking into consideration impact on patient bill. 
Support the execution and smooth delivery of fee revision exercises. 
Implement new MOH policies by analysing Hospital’s requirements, which include determining feasibility of execution, cost and financial impact. 
Support the annual budgeting cycle, including financial review and analysis. 
Support management reporting and reporting to MOH. 
Any other ad-hoc duties. 
 Job Requirements  Degree in quantitative fields such as Accounting/ Finance.
