This role provides end-to-end ownership of portfolio analytics and valuation strategy, ensuring Frasers Property Industrial’s (FPI) global portfolio is monitored, benchmarked, and reported with high accuracy and strategic insight. It enables the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to make informed, forward-looking decisions on performance, risk, and value creation. This is a mid-level, high-potential development role designed to build leadership in data-driven portfolio strategy within FPI’s global platform.

• Maintain and evolve the central portfolio data lake across Australia, Germany, The Netherlands, UK and Singapore.
• Coordinate Southeast Asia portfolio data with other business units to ensure full consolidation.
