The preferred location for this position is Vaasa, Finland but other Wärtsilä locations are negotiable. Hybrid working is possible.

What will you be doing?

As a Senior Asset Diagnostics Expert you will monitor customer data, identify deviations, and provide actionable insights to support contract performance and customer value. You will work as part of a global, collaborative team with diverse expertise.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse customer operational data on a daily basis
• Investigate deviations and identify root causes
• Open and manage cases with customers, providing expert advice and recommendations
• Produce and publish monthly performance and insight reports
• Participate in contract core teams and relevant stakeholder forums
