About the role
A well-established architecture practice is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to lead the delivery of technically complex projects. The successful candidate will take ownership of architectural technical design and coordination, driving project success through RIBA Work Stages 3–6, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the production of detailed architectural drawings and coordinated work packages using Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance from developed design through to construction.
Develop and oversee comprehensive technical specifications using NBS Chorus, ensuring full compliance with UK building regulations and client requirements.
Produce advanced 3D visuals and illustrations to support design development, planning submissions, and client presentations.
