Job Description:
Attend technical meeting / site meetings with consultants and provide technical solutions
Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues
Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings
Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works
Supervise the progress of architectural works on site
Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Architect or equivalent
5 years relevant working experience in relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity, and of high-rise buildings of at least 100m height.
