Job Duties and Responsibilities
Management and direction of a team of Resident Engineers and Site Engineers for overseeing the process works according to the specifications and quality control of the project.
Identify the resource requirements for the effective supervision of the construction works and works with the project control team to gain client approval for the positions and equipment.
Use effective project management and controls systems to regularly report on progress to the client.
Monitor progress of construction plan and takes steps to ensure the goal is achieved.
Establish and enforces an effective project quality control procedure.
Choose and approve all material & subcontractors that is suitable to use in the project.
