•Nestlé Ghana Limited is currently looking for a Senior Analyst – Microbiology to ensure quality and food safety of all nestle products for customer confidence and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Carry out pathogen monitoring of environment during processing and for line releases.

•Supervise and check that all microbiological analysis on raw materials, semi-finished, finished products and all line controls are carried out within the stipulated time.

•Ensure analysis on water used in the plant to check the effectiveness of chlorine dosing and to prevent cross-contamination.
