Partners Group is seeking a Senior Analyst/Junior Associate to join our high-performing and expanding Private Credit investment team in London! This is an opportunity for you to shape the future of Partners Group’s European mid-market direct lending strategy through the sourcing, due diligence and execution of investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Investment due diligence including review of diligence reports, interviewing industry experts and attending management meetings

  • Financial analysis including detailed LBO modelling and scenario testing

  • Preparation of investment memoranda and participation in Investment Committee discussions

  • Portfolio management activities including monitoring of portfolio asset performance and assessing waiver and amendment requests

  • Assist senior investment team members in building relationships with sponsors and other external parties
