Client Service Management
Manage existing relationships to increase business volume by facilitating end-to- end pre-sales/execution process of trade finance deals (both Corporates and Financial Institutions)Support sales and distribution teams in delivering superior customer service and achieving operational excellenceRespond to client and any internal inquiries from APAC regions related to trade finance services with professionalism and efficiency. Negotiate and manage documentation and records related to all trade finance dealsEnsure deals are duly managed and complied against pre-approved parameters, internal processes, guidelines and policies prior to any approval circulationCoordinate with internal departments such as legal, AML/compliance, and operations to facilitate transaction flow and resolve operational issues on timely manner
