Overall Objective:
Application, Synthetic and infrastructure Monitoring using Dynatrace SaaS
Use of Dynatrace to monitor/troubleshoot application's Performance and availability. Use of Dynatrace to set up alerting.
Producing reports to meet application and infrastructure planning and management needs, on both a regular and ad-hoc basis.

Providing advice and consultancy to management and technical teams on performance, capacity and availability matters, diagnostics and root cause analysis.
Ensure that all relevant processes and procedures are adhered to.
Qualification & Experience

Minimum 5-6 years relevant experience

monitoring domain

Graduate of any discipline

Knowledge on Python language/Unix Systems
