This role supports the Commercial Activation team by helping deliver actionable insights, facilitating best practice sharing across the group and assisting in managing the activation of commercial projects for our core FMC champions and portfolio companies
Working under the guidance of the Senior Managers, you’ll play a key role in shaping selected commercial strategies (e.g. proposition strategy and development, operational and go-to-market strategies) and supporting initiatives aimed at improving customer loyalty, increasing net adds, and boosting customer ARPU
You’ll also contribute to the operational side of strategic programs like digital transformation or post-merger activities and ensure best practice learning is shared and implemented across the group
