What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the heart of the Emirates customer journey, delivering a smooth, friendly and professional service across check‑in, boarding, special services, baggage, ticket desk and lounge operations.

From welcoming customers at check‑in to supporting on‑time departures, handling premium customer needs, resolving baggage or travel issues, and assisting with ticketing and reservations, you’ll help make every journey seamless.
