Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end agentic AI solutions for client engagements, making key technology and design decisions across the full stack
• Lead delivery workstreams across projects, guiding hands‑on implementation and mentoring junior developers
• Drive presales activities including creating proposals, responding to RFPs, estimating effort and pricing, and scoping and sizing solutions
• Build POCs and present technical demos to clients, translating business problems into compelling agentic AI solutions
• Run client workshops and discovery sessions independently, providing thought leadership on agentic AI patterns, trade‑offs, and emerging trends
• Own solution quality end to end, applying RAG patterns, agent evaluation, and responsible AI practices to ensure accurate, reliable, and safe agent behavior in production
