We are in search of a Senior Advisor for the Senior, Employment, Environment and Coroners Courts (SEECC) Operations Support team. The team supports the delivery of front‑line services across SEECC and provides specialist advice within the Ministry and to the Courts as well as contributing to the implementation of business improvements that enhance efficient and effective customer‑centric services.

The role contributes to Operations and Service Delivery (OSD)'s success by supporting the management, planning and delivery of projects, improvement initiatives and business‑as‑usual activities across a range of teams. Senior Advisors provide high‑quality analysis and trusted advice to senior managers, the judiciary, and other stakeholders, helping to ensure consistent and effective services for customers.
