Overview

Lead and shape resolution frameworks and processes for deposit takers, insurers and financial market infrastructures while mentoring others in a key technical leadership role. The position is permanent, based in Wellington or Auckland Central, with a flexible, hybrid working environment. The Resolution team is responsible for developing frameworks and processes for managing the failure of insurers, deposit takers, and financial market infrastructures, and for managing the response to live cases of entity distress.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex resolution frameworks and projects, ensuring end‑to‑end completion.
• Prepare high‑quality written analysis, papers, and recommendations for senior review.
• Provide expert advice to the Board, Ministers, Committees, and senior leaders on resolution matters.
