            As a client Senior Resilience Training Instructor, the individual is responsible for the management of the Resilience Instructor team. 
Attend management meetings. 
Produce Resilience Training Standard Operating Procedures and ensure those standards are upheld. 
Implement continuation training for Resilience Instructors. 
Management and procurement of Resilience Training assets. 
Assist with Course design. 
Conduct daily risk assessment meetings. 
Capable of fulfilling all the duties of the Resilience Instructors. 
Conduct validation and Quality Control of Resilience Training delivery. 
Work a 40-hour week with overnight camps and weekends. 
Facilitate the uplift and training of local Resilience Instructors to develop Emirati Resilience Training capability. 
Be conversant with all emergency procedures. 
Carry out administrative tasks relevant to Resilience Training.
