The Role:


We are working with a well-established business seeking an experienced Payroll & Accounts Officer to join their team based in Alexandria. This is a temporary opportunity with an immediate start available, suited to someone who enjoys working in a hands-on and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with weekly payroll
  • Manage timesheets and attendance records
  • Review invoices and check allocations/coding accuracy
  • Upload invoices into ERP system for processing
  • Provide general accounts and administration support as required

  • Previous payroll experience
  • Experience using a large ERP system
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
