Full Set of Accounts: Maintain and manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
Financial Reporting & Closing: Execute month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing journal entries, accruals, and financial statements.
Tax Compliance: Prepare and file quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
Audit & Reconciliations: Prepare audit schedules, reconcile bank statements, intercompany accounts, and act as the point of contact for external auditors and tax agents.
Operational Support: Monitor cash flow, assist with stock-takes, and resolve discrepancies. (1)
