**Job Summary**

Heritage Mechanical is seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist responsible for supporting the VP of Finance/CFO with day-to-day accounting activities. Responsibilities include supporting month-end closes, WIP schedules, payroll and human resources.

Compensation Range: $85,000 - $95,000

This position is bonus eligible.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Support the VP of Finance/CFO with performing financial reporting, accounting, payroll and HR compliance.
+ Oversee in-house payroll for multiple unions and process weekly payroll for approximately 30 office employees.
