+ Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Prepares and/or contributes to all aspects of event accounting including settlements, event costs, flash reports, and journal entries
+ Records all payroll entries to the general ledger including biweekly payroll and monthly accruals
+ Prepares and records daily cash receipts to the general ledger
+ Perform account analysis on both a facility and event level
+ Record, review and reconcile cash receipts, encode A/R cash receipts, and maintain cash journals
+ Prepares and performs bank and balance sheet account reconciliations
+ Review A/P invoices in Bill.com
+ Maintains general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue distribution, and operating expenses, and insurance records and reconciliations
+ Verifies and checks the accuracy of general ledger coding
