Job Description - Responsible for the Accounting functions of the Singapore office
- Preparation of bills using the firm-wide accounting system
- Payroll preparation
- Filing of GST returns
- Arrange expense reimbursements and suppliers’ payments
- Cash and bank balance reporting
- Monitor on invoice settlements
- Handle collection of outstanding bills
- Handle various tax registration and submission
- Participate in annual audit
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements - Degree or Diploma in Accounting or business discipline, with related certifications
- Possess at least 5 to 7 years of experience in law firms or professional services firms
