We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing healthcare organization in Encinitas. This role will support financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and accounting operations across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and capable of managing both routine accounting responsibilities and higher-level financial projects in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

+ Prepare and review journal entries and general ledger activity

+ Perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations

+ Support month-end and year-end close processes

+ Assist with financial statement preparation and variance analysis

+ Maintain organized accounting documentation and audit support files
