Job Description:
  • Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Manage financial reporting and ensure IFRS compliance across the group
  • Oversee full accounting function including AP, AR, GL, and payroll
  • Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with SARS, VAT, PAYE, and tax requirements
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
  • Lead year-end audits and liaise with external auditors
  • Manage and mentor junior finance team members

Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 35 years experience in a senior accounting role
  • Strong experience in a multi-entity or group environment
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS and South African tax regulations
