Proactively identify and cultivate new channel resources within your assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective channel clients
Expand new channel partners or large projects and major end users.
Improve the channel penetration system: Plan the overall channel strategy and operation mode, provide channel service support, effectively break down sales targets, and complete sales plans.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of successful channel and projects business development experience, preferably within IT hardware industry
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade stakeholders at all levels
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results
